Sealyte Terms of Service

By using this website and purchasing Sealyte products, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1) Use of the Site

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes or to violate any applicable laws. We may refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect fraud or misuse.

2) Products & Information

We work to display accurate product information, pricing, and availability. However:

  • We may correct errors (including pricing or description errors) at any time.

  • Product availability may change without notice.

3) Health & Supplement Disclaimer

Sealyte products are intended for general wellness support. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Consult a healthcare provider before use if you:

  • have a medical condition,

  • are pregnant or nursing,

  • take medications,

  • or have concerns about ingredients or dietary restrictions.

4) Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided

  • Your billing information is accurate

We may cancel or limit quantities for reasons including suspected fraud, chargeback risk, or inventory limitations.

5) Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier takes possession (unless otherwise required by law).

6) Returns, Refunds, and Return Authorization

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Key terms include:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery for issues such as damage, incorrect items, or missing items.

  • Returns require a Return Authorization (RA) before you ship anything back.

  • For customer preference returns (including ordering too many boxes or taste dissatisfaction), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Full refunds on opened product require return of the box and the majority of stick packs unopened, with up to 2 sticks used maximum.

7) Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription:

  • You authorize recurring charges at the frequency chosen at checkout.

  • You can cancel, skip, or change an upcoming order at least 24 hours before the next billing time (see Return & Refund Policy for details).

  • Once a subscription order is processed and shipped, it follows the standard return rules.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, branding, images, text, designs) is owned by Sealyte or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sealyte is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) at issue.

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

International Orders (Outside the U.S.)
International purchases may be subject to customs-related rules and fees that vary by country. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Customs duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, and other import charges may apply and are your responsibility, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

  • Delivery dates are estimates only, and delays can occur due to customs or local carrier operations.

  • If an order is returned or not delivered due to incorrect/incomplete address, unclaimed delivery, refused delivery, or unpaid customs/import fees, any refund (if applicable) will follow our Return & Refund Policy and may exclude shipping costs and non-recoverable carrier/customs charges.
