Sealyte Return & Refund Policy

Because Sealyte is a consumable product, we follow a strict return policy designed to protect customer safety and product quality—while still being fair and flexible when something isn’t right.

1) Contact Window (Required)

To request any return, replacement, or refund, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@drinksealyte.com and include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for request

  • Photos if applicable (damage/defect/incorrect item)

Requests submitted after this 30-day window may not be eligible.


2) Return Authorization Required (No Unapproved Returns)

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) from Sealyte before shipping anything back.

  • Returns sent without an RA may be refused and may not be refunded.

  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.


3) If We Made a Mistake (Wrong Item / Missing Item / Damaged in Transit)

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Email support@drinksealyte.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of:

  • The shipping box (including label)

  • Product(s) and internal packaging

If confirmed, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or a refund (full or partial depending on what was affected).


4) Customer-Requested Returns (Including Taste Dissatisfaction)

We understand taste is personal. If you’re genuinely unsatisfied with the taste, you may request a return as long as you meet the return rules below.

Because Sealyte is consumable, we cannot accept unlimited opened-product returns. We use strict eligibility requirements for any refund.


5) “I Ordered Too Many Boxes” (Partial Refund Rules — Customer Error)

If you ordered multiple boxes and decide you wanted fewer, we can approve a partial refund under the conditions below.

Example

  • You ordered 3 boxes but only want 2
    To receive a refund for the extra box, you must return the entire extra box unopened.

Requirements (Strict)

To refund any box(es) you don’t want:

  • The box(es) being refunded must be unopened

  • The factory seal must be intact

  • The box must be returned in resalable condition

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • You must return the entire unopened box(es) you want refunded

✅ Refund applies only to the unopened returned box(es).
❌ We do not refund “part of a box” or individual sticks.

Return shipping: For customer-error returns (including ordering too many), the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs are not refundable (unless required by law).


6) Full Refund Returns (Opened Box Allowed — Maximum 2 Sticks Used)

A full refund is only available if we receive the product back meeting the following strict rule:

Full Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund:

  • You must return the box, and

  • The majority of stick packs must be unopened and fully intact, with a maximum of 2 stick packs opened/used

This applies to all box sizes, including current and future counts:

  • 30-count box: up to 2 sticks used, 28 must be unopened and intact, and the box must be returned

  • 15-count box (or any future count): up to 2 sticks used, and all remaining sticks must be unopened and intact, and the box must be returned

What “intact” means

  • Unopened stick packs with no tears, punctures, or tampering

  • Returned with the box and packaging included

  • Returned in a condition suitable for inspection and verification

Return shipping: For these returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective).


7) Non-Eligible Returns / Refund Denials

A return may be denied or reduced if:

  • More than 2 stick packs are opened/used

  • Stick packs are missing, opened beyond the allowed amount, or not intact

  • The return is sent without an RA

  • The return does not match what was authorized (wrong quantity or condition)

  • The request is made after the 30-day contact window

If a return is denied, we can ship the items back to you at your expense upon request.


8) Inspection + Partial Refunds (If Return Conditions Aren’t Met)

All approved returns are inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the return does not meet the authorized return conditions.

Examples where a partial refund may apply:

  • Returned boxes are not resalable due to damage

  • Stick counts/condition do not match the return request

  • Returned items do not meet the “intact” standard


9) Refund Timing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received. Banks/payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.


Subscription Policy (Recurring Orders)

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically based on the schedule you choose at checkout. You will be charged using your saved payment method each renewal.

Canceling, Skipping, or Changing a Subscription

You may cancel, pause, or skip an upcoming subscription order at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing time by:

Requests made within 24 hours of billing may not be applied before the charge processes.

Subscription Refunds

Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it is treated like any other order and follows the same return requirements:

  • Unopened box(es) may be returned under Section 5

  • Full refunds require return of the box and the “maximum 2 sticks used” rule under Section 6


10) Chargebacks & Support

If something isn’t right, contact us first at support@drinksealyte.com and we’ll help quickly. Chargebacks can delay resolution while the payment processor investigates.
