Cancellation policy
Purchase Option & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations work for one-time purchases and subscriptions, including international orders.
1) One-Time Purchase Cancellations (Before Processing)
We move quickly to get orders out the door. If you need to cancel a one-time purchase, email support@drinksealyte.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Cancellation window

You may request a cancellation before your order is processed for shipment.

If the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
If we can cancel in time, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
2) If Your Order Has Already Shipped
If your order has shipped, it can’t be canceled. You may still be eligible for a return/refund under our Return & Refund Policy, including our rules for unopened boxes and the “up to 2 sticks used” full refund standard (where applicable).
International Orders (Outside the U.S.)
3) Customs, Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other import charges. These charges are determined by your country and carrier and are the customer’s responsibility, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

We do not refund customs/duties/taxes paid to your government or carrier.

Refusing to pay customs fees may cause the package to be returned or destroyed by customs/carriers; in those cases, refunds may not be available.
4) International Delivery Times Are Estimates
International shipping times vary and may be affected by customs delays and local carrier performance. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.
5) Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages (International)
If an international order is returned to us because:

the address was incorrect/incomplete,
-
the package was unclaimed,
-
the customer refused delivery, or
-
customs fees were not paid,
then:

The customer is responsible for any reshipping cost, and
-
Original shipping fees are not refundable, and
-
Refunds (if any) are subject to our inspection and return eligibility rules.
6) International Returns (Customer Preference)
If you are returning an order from outside the U.S. for customer preference (including taste dissatisfaction or ordering too many boxes), you are responsible for:

All return shipping costs, and
-
Any return customs paperwork or fees required to get the package back to us.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, because we cannot issue a refund for returns that do not arrive.
Subscriptions (All Markets)
7) Subscription Cancellations / Skips / Changes (24-Hour Rule)
You can cancel, skip, or modify your upcoming subscription order at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing time by:

Logging into your account (if available), or
-
Emailing support@drinksealyte.com
Requests made within 24 hours of billing may not apply to the next charge if the renewal is already in progress.
8) Subscription Orders After They Process
Once a subscription renewal is billed and processed/shipped, it is treated like any other order and follows our standard Return & Refund Policy:

Unopened box(es) eligible under the unopened return rules

Full refunds require return of the box and “up to 2 sticks used” maximum, with the rest intact
Marketplace / Retailer Purchases (If Applicable)
If you purchase Sealyte through another marketplace or retailer (not our website), cancellations, returns, and refunds must follow that marketplace’s policies. We can still help with product questions at support@drinksealyte.com, but we cannot override a third-party platform’s rules.
