We work hard to ship orders fast and keep you updated every step of the way.
Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. If there’s a meaningful delay, we’ll notify you.
Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination.

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.
Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.

If you notice an address error, email us immediately at support@drinksealyte.com. We’ll do our best to help, but changes can’t be guaranteed once the order is processed.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders (30-Day Notice Required)
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us at support@drinksealyte.com within 30 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos of the shipping box (including the label)

Photos of the product(s) and internal packaging
If confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation.
Lost Packages / “Delivered” but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package:

Please check around your delivery location and with neighbors/building management first.

Then email us at support@drinksealyte.com within 30 days of the “Delivered” scan so we can assist with next steps.
Return Shipping (Important)
For returns approved due to customer preference (including ordering too many boxes or taste dissatisfaction), the customer is responsible for return shipping, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
International Orders (Outside the U.S.)

We ship to many countries worldwide. International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local carriers, and regional service delays.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, and other import charges. These fees are set by your country/carrier and are the customer’s responsibility, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

We do not control customs processing and cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments.

If an international package is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, unclaimed delivery, refused delivery, or unpaid customs/import fees, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs and original shipping fees may not be refundable.
